4 DAYS CHIMP & GORILLA SAFARIS, RWANDA

Day 1: Kigali / Parc National des Volcans
Meet and greet at the Airport and then transfer to Kigali. Depart for Parc Nationale des Volcans after lunch. This scenic drive north goes through the beautiful terraced hillsides overwhelming Virunga Volcanoes, sometimes with open clouds you may see as many as five peaks. Dinner and Overnight at Volcanoes Virunga Lodge (FB).

Day 2: Parc National des Volcans :-Gorilla safaris in rwanda
Wake up in full gear for gorilla tracking in Parc National des Volcans. Tracking the gorillas through the light mountain forest on the slopes of the Virungas is a breathtaking experience. The tracking exercise can take from 30 minutes to a whole day, once you get to the Gorillas you will have an opportunity to view these humble creatures for an hour. After observing and taking photos of the Giant Gorillas you will head back at the base in time for a late lunch! Dinner and Overnight at Volcanoes Virunga Lodge (FB).

Day 3: Day 2: Escorted rwanda safaris in Nyungwe Forest
Leave Parc Nationale des Volcans for Nyunwe Forest where you will go for an escorted walk in search of the large groups of colobus monkeys and birds including the Rwenzori turaco. Or alternatively go chimp tracking. Picnic lunch will be served in the course of these activies. Return late afternoon. Dinner and Overnight at ORTPN Rest house (FB)

Day 4 : Day 4:Cultural safaris in rwanda
Return to Kigali. Visit the cultural museum in Butare en route. Transfer to airport for your onward flight.
