The country has both domesticated and wild chimps. Domesticated chimpanzees can be found in Ngamba Island, where they are taken care of by the Jane Good All. At Ngamba island you can get the opportunity to participate in care giving of the chimps, and also go for a forest walk with the young chimps an interesting adventure. The wild chimps can be found in park Kibale, Queen Elizabeth, Semliki reserve, and Murchison falls National Park. Unlike other countries, in Uganda there is 90% guarantee that you will find them when you walk through the forest. On your trip to Africa, if you are interested in seeing more than just the chimps, include Uganda on the list.
