10 Days Tour Gorillas uganda & Wildlife in Uganda Safari Parks

Day 01: Arrival at Entebbe International Airport
Our Safari Company representative will pick you from the airport for a transfer to your Hotel.

Day 02: Drive To Kibale Forest National Park.
After breakfast, transfer to Kibale National park using Luwero- Mubende road with packed lunch. Arrive late afternoon, take a nature walk in Bigodi swamp to look for different bird species like the Papyrus Gonolek, White-winged Warbler and butterflies. Dinner and overnight at Ndali safari lodge /Rwenzori View Guest House/ Kanyankyu ecological site.

Day 03: Kibale Forest National Park.
This park is most known for its thick diversity and big numbers of primates in the Great Lakes region. We shall take a nature walk in the tropical rainforest, search for man’s closest relative the chimpanzee after a briefing by the guides. Take lunch in the afternoon and transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park passing via the crater lakes region with over 30 crater lakes. The place has got a ravishing and luring terrain. Dinner and over night at Mweya Safari Lodge / Jacana Safari Lodge/Lake kitandara camp/ institute of Ecology.

Day 04: Queen Elizabeth National Park ( The Birder Paradise)
Resume early morning for a game drive in search for Lions, Elephants, Buffaloes, Hippos, Hyenas and a variety of  antelopes. After lunch at Mweya, embark on a walk to Maramagambo forest visiting the bat and the hunter's cave, see the blue lake, you may get a close look at a number of bats, the rock Pythons and the Cobras. Launch cruise along the Kazinga channel on this cruise you may be rewarded with a view Aquatic life and some other game taking a drink by the waters edge. Relax till dinner and overnight at Mweya Safari Lodge/Jacana Safari Lodge/Lake Kitadara Camp/Institute of Ecology.

Day 05: Queen Elizabeth National Park/ Lake Bunyonyi.
After breakfast, embark on Chimpanzee tracking in the Kyambura gorge added to a visit to the Kyambura River where the game reserve derives its name. Expect various primates most especially Chimpanzee, Black and white Colobus monkeys and other animals like antelopes, hyenas, Lions and many others. This gorge is home to very many bird species. Have lunch en route then you will be transferred to Lake Bunyonyi for another excititng experience, arrive in time for evening birding. Dinner and overnight at Lake Bunyonyi Overland Camp / Crater Bay Cottages.

Day 06: Lake Bunyonyi.
Take a boat ride on Uganda’s deepest Lake Bunyonyi for a visit to the many islands found in this lake. After lunch depending on ones preference; take leisure walks, mountain biking or swim, sun-bathe name your choice. Dinner and Overnight at Bushara Island Camp/Lake Bunyonyi Overland Camp / Crater Bay Cottages.

Day 07: Transfer To Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park.
After breakfast, proceed to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. Have Lunch on arrival and have the rest of the afternoon in your favor by choosing between a village walk visiting the local community or to the pygmies. Dinner and overnight in Gorilla Resort or Buhoma Community.
 
Day 08: Bwindi  Impenetrable Forest National Park.
It’s time for the long awaited adventure of Gorilla tracking in the Bwindi Impenetrable forest. Gorilla tracking is unpredictable, it is difficult to estimate how long you may take the jungle, however the excursion may take 2-8 hours. It all depends on the movement of these great apes.” The excitement of seeing the gorillas makes it all worthwhile!" is what anyone who has made the tracking will be enhanced to say in any circumstances. Dinner and Overnight at Lake kitandara luxury tented accommodation or Basic - Buhoma community bandas.

Day 09: To Lake Mburo National Park.
After breakfast we drive to Lake Mburo National Park where we have a guided nature walk in search for; Topis, Buffaloes, Water buck and not forgetting the Eland, (the largest of the Antelopes found in Uganda). Dinner and Overnight at; Luxury- Mantana Luxury Tented Camp / basic at Rwonyo rest camp at the park headquaters.

Day 10: Lake Mburo National Park.
At dawn, take game drive in park and later return to your accommodation for late breakfast and a boat ride on the Lake. Leave for Kampala in the afternoon stopping over the Uganda Equator for some shots and visit to the Craft Village.
Later you will be dropped at your hotel in Kampala for over night.
